Ordering parts from Summit right now and wanted to be sure I am getting the right stuff.. Let me know if this isnt right cause they have 3 different styles of band clamps.. Lap joint, Butt joint, and Welding clamp butt joint..

I am getting the header bolts elsewhere I guess because I have no idea which are best. I am going to just try stainless bolts with blue loctite.

I reused factory manifold bolts on my headers and they have never loosened or anything.

I used factory bolts, and they worked perfect also. I would add that if you want to, take a dremel and cut down the edge on the inside of the primaries. It will help eliminate turbulent airflow coming out of the exhaust ports on the heads.

JRENIGAR.. not a bad idea!! Thanks man!! I didnt think the stock bolts would work... I thought they would be too long but if you guys are using them then thats exactly what I am going to do.. Prothane motor/tranny mounts as well as stainless band clamps are ordered..

I went through this same install last year, ebay headers and poly motor mounts. Your headers look EXACTLY like mine.

Can you do us a favor and PLEASE weigh them on a decent scale? It might just be me but I swore these were a good bit lighter than my old QTPs.

i had ebay headers on my 02 and the only issue i had was they were hitting the k-member on each side. my motor mounts might have been bad though.

The driver's side pic is pretty standard clearance issues with some sagging mounts. Poly mounts gave me more than enough clearance there.

The passenger side is where I needed to take a small section off the k-member so it would clear. I've had to do that on my Ebay, pasesetter, and QTP headers. Where it touches is actually a metal lip that's easilly cut off. It took me about 4-5 min with a hacksaw blade to cut through and the were headers already installed. Much easier with a grinder and the headers out of the car, but and I didn't feel like risking a leak or buying new gaskets.
