I need exaust configuration advice

I currently have lt's, catted y, and magnaflow catback.
I was wondering, whats the best configuration?
1) LT + catted y + catback
2) LT + ORY + catback
3) LT + catted y + electric cutout + catback
4) LT + straight pipe
5) LT + gutted cat + catback
I'm looking to get the best performance, but not something that will mess up my engine. I live in a smog free county
I know I would need a tune with any setup, and mine is currently tuned to my current config.
Any advice helps, Thanks.
My cat was literally welded in, if that helps. I'm leaning towards with going with a cutout installed hmm so confusing

To ask a stupid question,
if i go with a ORY pipe, will it mess up my engine? or is it totally safe.
I don't want to start a back pressure flame war, but i read mixed reviews from various forums, just need some advice.

It won't mess anything up. Just might need a little change in the tune and the codes deleted. Do you have a Kooks catted y? If you end up getting rid of it and want to sell it, shoot me a PM. This goes without saying, but the setup you have now is what I'm after, so I'd keep it the way it is and maybe just add an electric cutout.
