Yeah my cars an automatic so i was just asking guys that would know how i could reach my goal. If i could find a FAST 92 i would be one happy camper, I'm debating between kooks and American racing 1 7/8 headers with a ORY pipe right now

Remember with most of the performance cams if the lift is above .570 you'll need to get a good set of springs. A healthy 5.7 with exhaust, ls6 intake larger injectors, cam, ported tb w/ good valve springs to prevent float should b able to hit ur goal it's all about combos..hang in there

You want to make over 400 hp? Easy, heads and cam. I am going to run Trickflow 215s and a RAPtr cam and should see 415-465 rwhp with my headers and exhaust. Thats with an otherwise stock engine. I am going to upgrade the injectors also.

Can't you just cam swap with upgraded valvetrain, port factory heads, full exhaust, and tune to achieve the goal of 400 rwhp

Don't know if i should stay with kooks (shitty made) or go with the ARH ORY pipe. Not planning on really racing the car at the track just on the street, it is my daily driver. So if you guys can tell me you idea's on reaching my goals or your own experience it would be extremely helpful.
ok ive got a 97 ws6 its puttin down 400rwhp and 380 ft tourqe it cost about $5000 i had heads cam headers 58mm tb port&polished intake 30 lb injectors plus the car already had some stuff done to it when i bought it it had a borla catback fuel pressure regulator underdrive pulleys & graneteli maf i tool off the cats and smog pump and it was tuned for the cam i went this route because my mechanic told me i would put down as much power as a supercharger and it would be better on the motor less stress and it would last longer im very happy with the car it performs great

This is my goal too but I'm pretty poor so it will be a long term build. Planning to reach at least 400rwhp by the time I finish college. I'm determined to find the best, cheapest way to do it.
