I have a 2002 trans am ws6, automatic. Looking for 400 rwhp if not more, would love to keep the internal engine stock. Just really looking for bolt ons. I have a magna flow catback exhaust on right now, within a week or so i plan on buy 1 7/8" kooks long tubes as well. Still a toss up for me right now on the ORY pipe. Don't know if i should stay with kooks (shitty made) or go with the ARH ORY pipe. Not planning on really racing the car at the track just on the street, it is my daily driver. So if you guys can tell me you idea's on reaching my goals or your own experience it would be extremely helpful.

for 400whp you are going to need a small cam, a tr224 would put you near 400whp. If you want 400 flywheel hp, then that is certainly doable with boltons. Stock, you are making around 300whp on the low end

i feel like its possible to do without breaking into the engine, i know 400hp is possible with just a few bolt ons and a great tune, but the rear wheel horse power has to be able to be reached too some way

Most people never see more than 350rwhp with bolts ons. Your goal is unrealistic especially with the 4l60.
The highest record is 376rwhp. It was achieved with top of the line bolt ons, m6, and no A/C w/ EWP.

i want the car quick and to accelerate a lot faster, 400 sounded like a good number to me to make a goal thats really it. always gonna keep it a street car, maybe go to a track a couple of times but always keep it a daily driver

Here is one example. Impressive set of bolt ons - 1/78 headers, FAST 102/102, and electirc water pump = 316HP + 7HP.
