For your price range... TSP Rumbler cat back. Extremely cheap (price cheap, not quality). It is a great cat back, just has 2 dynomax bullets so it'll be louder than a catback with chambered mufflers. Maybe not as amazing sounding as borla straight throughs, but for being about 500$ cheaper than borla it's got an amazing tone.
