With LT's and ORY which would be louder? Or would they be fairly close in terms of volume?

I don't want to opinions on what sounds better. I'm just interested in which setup would be quieter.

They will both be very loud, but the GMMG is dual straight through chambered mufflers, so it may be a bit louder, but sounds much better IMO. It won't be significantly louder, however.

Make no mistake about it though, the MagnaMouth isn't tame, by any means.

Lt's..ory...quiet??? 2 of those 3 options are not going to be quiet, I can tell you that much...gmmg or borla. Not sure about magnamouth, but magnaflow is somewhat tame.
Let is scream like it supposed to..I'd get gmmg if you were considering spending your money wisely.

I concur with dr whigham above on the first two (and can't speak about the MagnaMouth because I haven't heard it in person).

GMMG will provide the most volume.

Borla is loud as well, just in a different way -- more of a thick, deep tone.

I LOVE my gmmg exhaust. i have LTS and ORY with an ecutout. sounds very mean. that is a very good thread about gmmg exhausts. also go to ls1sounds.com i spend a lot of time there before pulling the trigger. and i heard a lot in real life. GMMG imo sounded the best. but everyones ear is different.

Gmmg, honest with out the magnaflow in the i pipe they get pretty raspy, but if you want loud with a great i mean great sound, tsp duals with sweetthunders and never look back,y pipes blow for sound

I've got a Borla XR1 dumped (part number 40085?) and its quiet in my opinion. I'm not afraid to go by cops with it. I don't see how a Borlamouth could be loud. The only difference is it exits the rear right? I'm running LTs and ory.

I think the gmmg is the best catback but borla sounds very good, serious though want loud and a killer sound forget the dumb y pipe, my duals are so much better than any loud exhaust i have ever had

With gmmg all you need is a power-sticks in the I pipe and then no more rasp and doesn't hurt flow

I vote duals to. I picked up quite a bit of low and midrange power with my heads/cam car.

dont expect to be quiet with any "mouth" setup. however you can always use 2 bullets or a bigger muffler to be quieter. am on the same boat as you are so i went with a magnaflow oval muffler in factory location.
