Bad transmission or engine mounts? Videos included
As the title implies, I'm trying to diagnose both my engine and transmission mounts as a possible source of some serious drivetrain movement I have going on in my car.
In these two transmission videos, a friend and I slowly jacked up the transmission itself to see if the tail of the transmission separated from the crossmember. It doesn't appear to be, but as we jack up on the transmission, it looks as if you can see very large cracks start to spread on the mount itself. Do you guys see the same? I apologize for the bad quality - it was night time and on top of that, Youtube really shrunk the video size considerably from what is on my computer.

In the next two videos, I had my girlfriend take some footage of the engine itself while I gave the car very liberal amounts of throttle with the e-brake up to try and see how much the engine flexes under load. Keep in mind I am giving the car enough gas to be what would usually smoke the tires in first. This doesn't look like anything out of the ordinary to me, but if you disagree, please voice your opinion.

What do you guys think? Bad transmission mount? Bad engine mounts? Your feedback is appreciated, as always.

i know my tranny mount broke and it caused my y pipe to hit the floor board under load. it stopped once i changed the tranny mount. but DO NOT get a poly trans mount UNLESS you plan on also putting in poly motor mounts. if you wish not to change the motor mounts, stick to the factory rubber mount
