Silicon coupler for FAST 102mm to SLP 85mm MAF? Anyone know where to get one? I will be upgrading to the 100mm MAF someday but not now. Also, what size coupler for the SLP 85mm MAF to the SLP Lid? Thanks.

My setup is exactly like yours except for the lid.
Here's what I use in mine:
ftp 98mm lid - 85mm maf : don't need coupler the maf snuck right in the lid.
85mm maf - 102/92 tb - 3.75" to 4" coupler from siliconeintakehoses.com
