Thanks guys. Im going with a 92mm intake/tb.
How much am I leaving on the table by not doing a new bigger maf and bigger lid?
I already have an old slp bellow on my car.

A few Rwhp at the most.

You can pick up a GM 85mm for cheap though so I would probably go ahead and do that.
Later when you rebound from this, sell your lid and pick up a larger diameter.

After selling your lid/MAF you will nee to add roughly 150$ for the large lid/MAF you want.

I got the GM maf for $45 shipped IIRC but it requires an adapter or wiring up a new plug to your harness. It also requires tuning.

But since you will likely need a tune for the Fast intake anyway, it would be a good time to do it.

Hey Joe, go with the 95mm TB, same price and the 92s neck can be ported match to it. Best of both worlds perhaps?

I've got the 98mm lid running open loop. I'm a big proponent of minimizing restrictions, however, on stock cubes it would likely only be a handful like Lemons said. Another plus is I think it looks a bit better.

Haha no worries. My SLP elbow fit over the FAST 92 with no problems. If you have cut yours down any it might not be long enough. But the elbow itself as is from SLP should fit just fine.

Thanks again guys. Is the PTM 92 tb alright to use instead of the fast 92? Its $55 cheaper.
And what about a 85mm maf wheres the best place to get one? This needs to be rewired or something?

I wouldn't get the SLP bellow, but rather a 4" OD silicone intake to connect from the lid/maf to the 92mm tb. The OD's of the 92mm tb's are actually close to 4" so it will fit perfect. Go to google and search "intake hoses."

I bought my GM 85mm maf and 5-3 pigtail conversion off ebay for a total of around $60 I believe.

Also, if it were me, I'd go 102mm all the way. The Fast 102 is so much nicer than the 92mm.

PTM 92 or 95 would be my choice, you MIGHT see 1-2hp possibly with a 102, most would be lucky to see that.

You can find 85mm MAF in the parts classified used regularly.

intakehoses.com I believe is where most get their bellow.
