It's good to see that something is happening. We know that a couple of your coil packs aren't firing. Try checking each coil pack for power and a ground. I am pretty sure the wires are labled A, B, C, D. "A" being the ground and "D" being the power. With the ign on check for power. The power wires are spliced together for all coils on each bank.

I'm just throwin some ideas around. Are all the teeth on the reluctor ring?
I haven't come across this problem and it seems like you've already been through a lot of troubleshooting.

i really appreciate the help and all ideas are better than none, my brother is thinking maybe a ground wire some where ? could a ground not being hooked up on the harness cause the coil to not fire ?
and idk what would cause the reluctor wheel to go bad, but maybe the crank senor could be going out but like USMC35 said i think t would have more variable in the problem.
im thinking possible :
bad ground / bad wiring / bad pcm, atleast 1 of these idk tho

The grounds to the coil are all spliced together. So if there is an issue with the ground it's gonna be on the wiring harness attached to the coils. I'm not an expert at this but there has to be a way to test the signal that gets sent from the PCM to the coil pack itself. It seems like that is where the issue is.

ok thank you, so how should i got bout testing so see if powers going threw it ? hook 12 volt to 1 side then ohm meter on the other side ? with the ground going to the body ?
