So far, we haven't been selling the radical ported truck manifolds for boosted applications. We're still in the process of testing to make sure they will hold up under the high pressures.

Good question. The TBSS style manifold has Cathedral Ports. The L92 manifolds are rectangular ports.

Default Customer Testimonial

Thought I'd pass this note along that came from a recent customer that had us Radical Port his L92 truck manifold:

“It’s installed and truck runs really well, much better on the top end than before and hasn’t been tuned yet. I can only relate to you by seat of the pants feeling. The truck now breaks the tires loose shifting from 3rd to 4th. Damp pavement, I Know, but never did this before; (we are talking 90 mph). As soon as I send Justin the log and we retune I will let you know. I am really impressed by what you have accomplished for me.”

Default Half price offer!

Get your L92 or TBSS manifold Radical Ported for just $200 (over half off)!

We are looking for just a few customers to work with us to provide dyno reports that we can pass along to other forum members. If you are interested, give me a call right away. The test must be a before and after test on just the Radical Ported intake manifold change.

While we've been taking orders for Radical Ported truck manifolds, we've had no takers on our offer of a $75 discount to help with dyno costs. Since we don't have a dyno in our shop, we rely on customers to send their results. The results we've stated are based on what customers reported to LS2PortWorks before we took over this porting from them. Unfortunately, we don't have access to their customers to get the actual dyno reports to post. So, we need your help.

Only a few customers will get this deal, so be the first to call!

Default Customer Testimonial

Just received this feedback today from a recent customer.....

"Bob from Peak Speed Shop was great... he ported my FAST intake and ported my throttle body and I picked up power throughout the RPM range.... over 25 hp, and 15 ft-lbs of torque before and after on same dyno (after retune). Quick turnaround, runners were ported evenly, but not overported (still saw witness marks). All in all, fantastic and reasonably priced "
A.T. – Illinois (FAST 92 ported and Throttle Body ported– LS6)

Default TBSS Dyno Results from Radical Ported Intake

TBSS Intake Manifold Radically Ported + Throttle Body Ported by Peak Speed Shop
Dyno-tune results provided by MadTunes Racing - Oak Grove, LA

"As far as performance, it is definitely a noticable difference. It should easily pick up .2 in the 1/4 and in my opinion is worth the money! " Adam - West Monroe, LA

Stock 2006 Trailblazer SS with cat back exhaust. A tune was done prior to the "before" results to factor out the effects of just tuning the stock setup. Dyno was before/after test on ported intake and throttle body only.
9.12 Gain in Peak RWHP
11.25 Gain in Peak RWTQ

Gains were seen throughout the power curve with points in the curve seeing as high as:
13 Gain in RWHP
20 Gain in RWTQ

Note: Vehicles with head and cam mods should see even better results.
