Default Paging Anyone From DMH or Texas Speed....

I had received a 3" DMH e cutout & 3" Flowtech piping from Texas Speed MONTHS ago... went to install it & the cutout motor is broken. Wont open... Called Texas Speed they said call DMH for them to replace it. & if anyone knows DMH there harder to get a hold of then the Fing President. Getting kind of tired of playing phone tag with them. So figured Id try here? Any ideas etc. Wasn't to impressed though Texas... The Flowtech piping that was sent had the bolts already welded onto the pipe?? Had to cut them off because it made the cut out crooked. But I'm past that & just need this damn cutout to work... Guess I never should of gone with DMH with this crappy service

I sent my e cutout to them last week because the bolts that hold the motor on must of wiggled loose and the motor fell off. Ive been trying to call all week and check up on it, but like you there phone just goes to voice mail, or it says the voice mail is full. WTF. Is their shop owned and operated by one person?

Yea honestly I think its just one guy... Which is RIDICULOUS! if you ask me. At least hire some college kids or something to pick up phone calls. I mean I got a hold of him once & he gave me a suggestion to make sure it wasn't the motor. Wish I never would of hung up the phone if I knew I wouldn't be able to get a hold of him MONTHS later Just annoying because I've been driving around with this open exhaust & I could really need the cut out working.

Yea not to impressed with their customer service.... I would of gone with QTP but heard it doesn't open/close faster then DMH so that was what go it for me. Kind of wishing I had gone the other way now that its been taking this long!

Probably one of the reasons why I'll never go with electric cut-outs. Seems like a headache with all the faulty motors, poor service, turn-around time, etc, I read on LS1Tech.

What I meant is that I don't deal with cut outs period - electrical or manual.

I have been trying to get ahold of DMH as well.

I called twice, and emailed once, no response either time

my e-cutout motor stopped working after only 3 months, I herd DMH was the best when I purchased mine, I'm disappointed all around now.

Very unfortunate to hear your situation. We no longer offer DMH or QTP for this exact reason. We can't get DMH to respond or answer a phone either. Send me a pm if there is anything I can try and help you with.

Sorry to hear about your issue. If you purchased the product from Texas Speed and they are not helping you getting it fixed just dispute the charge. They sold it to you. They made there money they should fix it or refund you.

It took over a month to get my 4in cutout. Hopefully it works when I install it. My old QTP was great...

Who cares about the warranty when you can't get ahold of them. So whos the best company to use now? TSP who's cutouts do you use?
