Default 02 LQ9 BDW throttle body no response..

Finally got the ol girl running today. The throttle body has always "jumped" when power was applied, but never responded to depressing the actual pedal.

I assumed it needed to be actually running to operate, well it runs... And still doesn't operate.

The pedal/tac came as a unit, along with the harness, however the PCM is from another vehicle

Anywhere I should start? Or give up, and switch to DBC?

Where did the PCM come from? Wrong op system and the pedal won't work.
Check the PCM service number to determine if it's a DBW.

Is it a 411 pcm? If so, it can easily be tuned to work with DBW.
Also, is the pedal, TAC (all plastic), and TB (pass. side cylindrical motor) from an 02 LQ9?

The TAC/pedal came with the engine. Pix below, I forgot which PCM it is.

I am leaning towards the pedal is dead, this is based upon the following.

1: turn the key throttle body blips: shows its recieving power.
2: manually move the throttle body with your finger, engine will start and the engine RPM will react.

Pix.

This may not but the same thing as yours but I had some trouble before with DBW. I got a motor off ebay came with everything pedal, pcm and tac module. I could start the car drive it but once I gave it too much gas while in gear it would die. I could rev in park and everything but just wouldn't work right in gear. Turns out I had the wrong TAC module for the PCM. I called speartech and asked them what TAC module i needed for the PCM, they told me and I found the right one on ebay.

If the TB looks like this, you have the wrong TAC. Cant say for sure on the pedal. Look at the APPS part number, check Rock Auto for the application.

Here's my TB, I think it looks like yours. Kind of hard to tell in the pic.

wrong tac, also check the wiring, different connections for different years
The tac you have is for later year models. the 02 LQ9 only works with the 01-02 tac. the yard I got my motor from sent me the same tac you got, it did the same thing. the tac still available from the dealer, and the yard refunded the cost.
the correct one has no metal, the tabs are plastic too.
