WS6Store FAST 92 Manifold damaged

WS6Store FAST 92 Manifold damaged I ordered a a FAST 92 from WS6Store and was prepared to recieve it today unfirtantialy once I opened it I was surprised to say the least! The manifold appeared to be in used condition, skuffs all along the fuel injector ports and some rather sizeable skuffs along the bottom including a Crack right in the middle. Unfortunatly they were closed when I got the chance to call, but I left a message. Given there reputation I'm sure there was some kind of mistake. Hopefully they can fix this for me.

I inspected the packagging and the plastic bag the maifold was in is scrapped and torn in the same places and it was shipped in a FAST LSXR 102 box. Am I to believe a $900.00 part dose'nt have its own packaging?

I just called Mike and he was real professional! He said he would E-Mail me a prepaid return label and send the new one ASAP. It's great to get good customer service will deffanatly do business again for all my Little projects. Thanks WS6Store and Semper Fi!
I would call Mike and not even think to worry that he won't take care of you. Last summer when I ordered my Magnaflow, it arrived and wasn't even an LS1 kit. So I called him up and it was no problem. Two days later I received a new magnaflow kit and an email with a prepaid shipping lable to send the other kit back at no cost to me. All was good until I opened the second Magnaflow kit I received which was the right one but had a crushed tail pipe. Another call to Mike and it was no big deal, I got another kit overnight with yet another label to ship the other back at no cost to me. Come to find out the third kit fit perfectly fine with no issues. So as a good customer I found it right to call Mike and let him know all was well and to explain my appreciation in the situration and he informed me that Magnaflow is one of the items they carry that are drop shipped from the manufacturer and that he had no hands on the product directly and that it wasn't anything you could have done to prevent it. He bent over backwards until I got the right one on my car with no damaged peiced. I buy almost everything from WS6store with customer service like that. Long story short and to the point of what I'm getting at is that he may not even carry those in his store that he himself packages and it may be drop shipped from the manufacturer and it may be at their fault. Never know and I'm sure Mike will do what it takes to get you taken care of reguardless of how much you spend at his store.

I live 15 minutes from WS6Store and pick my parts up in person. Mike will go out of his way if I need a part ASAP. He is an awesome person to work with (as others have already mentioned) and a great guy.

Just for reference. All FAST92s are shipped in a box that has a picture of a LSXR 102, but will have a P/N tag that shows 54039B. So it very likely was in the correct box, but the image on the outside showed a 102.

wow thanks for all the nice comments guys! Yeah, we are all sort of baffled on how that intake got shipped out... it looks like a bear attacked the bottom of it..lol Anyway, thanks for being understanding Justin, your new one went out today, i'll shoot ya over a tracking # shortly. have a great weekend!

I've spent thousands of dollars with WS6store, never a problem. Fast shipping with tracking provided. A lot of things get drop shipped from manufacturers or sometimes wholesalers. I've never had a problem but if I do, I am confident they will take care of me. Price matching and free shipping... the only parts I don't buy from them are things they don't carry and used stuff.
One more thumbs up for WS6Store. They've done right by me every time I've used them, with fast shipping to boot!

I think a FAST worker installed a new FAST intake manifold on his forklift and got too excited driving through the FAST warehouse and pummeled your ****, then, in an effort to keep his job, put it in the wrong box and shipped it out. Ultimately this has left the burden of proof on you.
