Default Full bolt on done.....now what?!

So I have a full bolt on LS1 and I still need more HP. Where can I go from here with what I have? I can't afford a procharger, and I think that the heads I have would not be the best for forced induction. What are my options?

weight reduction?

before you go any further with mods you may want to strengthen up your car such as rear end and sub frame connectors?

and then maybe nitrous?

What are you putting down with your current mods? Dynojet / MD?

No idea really on HP. It has a SD tune and 4.10 rear. Never dyno'd it myself. I do plan on subframe connectors and LCA relocators in the near future. Its got enough ***** to make me afraid to launch it hard on drag radials. A new rear end is costly.

I'm just giving senical a hard time. He knows that,

I think either one would serve you well.

Are your heads the PRC 5.3 heads or LS6 heads?
Maybe a small wet shot is in your future....

Dammit!

I agree a shot would be somewhat cheap

The smartest thing would be a transmission but if that's put of ur price range then suspension and body work

I have the 5.3 heads. I'm not real keen on any of the ram air setups that I have seen, and from what I understand the performance gain is negligible. My SLP lid and K&N flow pretty good. I have the functional SS hood, and it seems to do a decent job of helping to keep the airbox fed. I like the idea of a wet shot of No2. I have never ran a No2 shot on any car I have had, but I hear that it is really rough on the engine.

I may be looking at this from the wrong angle though. I'm making a lot of power as it is. I'm thinking subframe connectors and relocation brackets for my LCAs are in store. How much of a difference do subframe connectors really make? I know they help for autocross, but will I notice a for sure difference? I'd like to get a set of Strano springs too. Even with Koni's my car rides like crap.

If you do it the right way, it can be very safe. Jump on over to the Nitrous section. Read the stickys and you will learn alot about the stuff
