hooker headers any good?

hooker headers any good? In a local listing a guy has a set of hooker headers with o2 extensions listed for $200. They are steel with a 3" collector, he is not sure the primary tube size. He media blasted them and repainted them. Are they worth buying? Are they any good? Clearance issues? Performance? Thanks.
In my experience they are just as good as Pacesetters. I wouldn't trust this guys new coating to last very long. Might burn off pretty qick and turn rusty ugly colored. Otherwise theres no problem with hooker headers that I know of.
I had a set on my last car and they install like a dream. No starter removal and only grind 1/4" off drivers side k member lip for clearance. they easily slide in from under the car. BTW I had poly mounts on so take it for what its worth.

What are they worth? I haven't looked much into buying headers, so I am sure of the value. I know I can buy a set of SBC headers for $75 all day long, but then again there are a million sets of those out there. Is $200 a steal, a fair price, or highway robbery? What is a good price?

I looked at your for sale thread lemons12. Either $210 is a bit high or they are not a very popular header based on your sale thread. I say this because you have had them listed for a month. I mean no offense, I am honestly trying to determine the value of these headers.

I had mine sold when I put pending sale but couldn't get off work on time to meet with him so he bought another set, he was in a time crunch to get a set on.
I have it set to meet a guy on Tuesday for the headers o2 and fuel pump.
I paid 175 picked up for them and only bought them cause they were a good deal..
No offense.. Its a 200$ set of headers!
200$ for a set of good condition headers is a deal imo.. Just compare it to new prices @ 300+.
