02 Camaro LS1 valley/intake torque/sequence
I'm replacing the valley and intake gaskets. Looks like I had a bad leak and I took everything off and cleaned pretty good.
Just need torque/sequence also while taking everything apart I noticed the knock sensors looked rusted should I replace?
And there wasn't any silicone used on old gaskets should I use any?
Any tips I would appreciate

Here's a write-up that you'll find useful for the torque specs, etc: http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=18

No silicone is needed for the intake or valley cover gaskets. If you've got the valley cover off, it's a great time to just upgrade to the '04 LS6 cover and ditch your pcv.
Anyway, I used the instructions posted above from LS1howto.com.
As for those knock sensors... if they can be cleaned up, I'd probably try that first (especially if you're not getting any codes).

A good catch can does a pretty good job of keeping oil out of the intake with LS1 PCV system. The newer LS6 valley cover aids in letting less oil in to the intake so the catch can may not be needed but all cars are different so the amount of oil varies. If I were you I would put my plans on hold temporarily and order the new valley cover while the intake is off.
