GMMG exhaust question
Whats up guys? Im looking to change my catback system. I have ARH Lts with catted a Y and LM1. Its wayyyyyy to raspy in the low 2k rpm range. Would the Gmmg system be a little more tame? I do want to keep it loud but also want to add some kind of tone and cut out some rasp. And my lm1 is in crappy shape so i dont want to add a bullet to it, id rather get a new catback. Any info will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you keep your cats you will probably really like the GMMG. Fair warning though... if you ditch the cats, you're going to get rasp with the GMMG. I put a bullet on the I-pipe to completely get rid of it. You already have the bullet from the LM1, so just hang on to it just in case you decide to ditch the cats later.
GMMG is the best sounding exhaust IMO. PERIOD

You can have plenty of rasp with GMMG even with cats. I had that system for 7 years w/cats and really liked it until I put H/C on my car. You want to completely get rid of rasp go with true duals. Also, GMMG is on the heavier side. My Kooks TD's weighed 1lb more than the GMMG.

I don't think GMMG is any kind of solution if you're having rasp with LT's. It took cats, a powerstick, and resonator tips to kill the rasp on mine - which made for an incredibly heavy system. Finally ditched it for a single 3" outlet Hooker Maxflow - probably saved me 30 lbs.
