I port these things daily and am trying to figure out what evap nipple your speaking of. You got a pic? And what do you mean by sleeves for the throttle body?

Sorry I'm running on lack of sleep i meant to say inserts for the throttle body body to thread into and it's either emission or evap I think that goes to that vaccum port it's up front towards the tb and would be on the driver side if in the car

I heasr ya on the sleep thing. lol I have never seen those come out before. That might be why you got it at a still. I am going into the shop tomorrow so I will look and see if they can be removed. I flip these things all over the place and they have never fallin out so thats why I would assume that they were removed by seller. That hole should be closed at the top unless it was used by previous owner and its used for the MAP sensor. You can plug it and run the map sensor from the back of the intake from the smaller vacuum port. The larger one is brake booster.

The guy I got it from said it was an older intake and if I knew had to post pics with my phone I'd show you what the vaccum port looks like its a decent looking intake for what I paid for and it's actually what I want I'm glad I got it so cheap

if you can return it for a full refund.you could drill out the broken nipple and epoxy a brass fitting in.you mite try to buy the threaded nuts for the TB mounting bolts from fast ,or use nuts and long bolts .

If you are speaking of the nipple on the front, then drilling the hole to make it uniform and adding a brass or stainless nipple is an easy fix. As far as the inserts, I would get a caliper and measure the id of where the insert used to be and look on mcmaster carr's website and you should be able to find those also.

I have an older 90 and I don't have inserts, just had to use longer bolts and nylock nuts. When they brought back the 92, the threaded inserts were a goo idea because when tightening and older 90 like mine, to get a good seal you would think that you would break the ear off.
