Default Flashing SES After Header Install - HELP!

Ok, I got a set of JBA shorties installed (yeah, California sucks...) and barely made it home (about 15 miles) before my SES light started flashing and the car was obviously missing. There's also a vibration noise coming from the front passenger side. From reading past posts it sounds like the missing is either the plugs, wires, o2 sensors, or even the coil packs. What would cause the vibration noise (especially since they're only shorties)? Also is it ok to drive it back to the place I had them installed missing the way it is? Obviously I don't want to damage anything. Thanks everyone for the help!

Yeah, you deffenitly have a lose wire or bad plug if the light is flashing. I had this happen because i cracked a plug intalling my Kooks.

did you take the coil packs off to help the install?

make sure all of the wires on the CP's are plugged in...i forgot to plug in the entire passenger side CP's and got a flashing SES and it was running rough as hell (obviously )

Thanks everyone for the help. Without too much looking one of the plugs was damaged. Easy fix. Thanks again!
