Steam ports
Steam ports I recently broke my steam port @ #7 looking at replacements they seem somewhat excessive in the aftermarket world. Can I just simply cut off the tubing from the little parts that bolt to each corner and tap them to say like an 1/8th NPT to a barb and run it that way? See any issues or concerns doing it that way or should I just buck up and spend the 200 on the cnced little AN adapters?

Perfect! That's what I was assuming, but I wanted to make sure before I spent the coin on npt to a/n adapters and associated lines there wasn't more to it that I was missing. I plan to hook all 4 together and have them terminate into the water pump.

Thats a good idea but in the way it broke off in the little block I am not sure I could repair it properly even if I had the skills, the tube pinched and is mis shaped now. I ended up building my own with those little an adapters.
