Default Racetonix Dealer Question

Anyone on here know of a Racetronix dealer that is very familiar with there products???

Who on here is a Racetronix dealer that has good tech support via telephone???

I'm having a hell of a time finding the parts I need on Racetronix web site...I really just want to talk to someone rather than try to communicate via e-mail...

( Yes I posted this in the "fueling"section, but didn't get much response.)

Thanks in advance.

I need the connector that attaches to the stock style fuel pump (EP-381) with the bigger terminals that accept 10-12 ga wire. and I like to purchase some other parts for my DIY hotwire project.

I PM'd Nasty and he told me he really didn't offer a "universal" DIY kit like I was looking for...

I bought these to connect to my walbros

http://www.racetronix.biz/itemdesc.a...%2D045&eq=&Tp=

Are the connectors different from stock pumps to a walbro?

Why are you running that big of wiring to a stock pump though? It isn't needed

I don't for a stock pump...but when I upgrade...I want the hardware to be in place...

EDIT: I'd like to see it...but your link doesn't work.

No such animal. MP150-series terminals are limited to 1.0mm / 16Ga. You can squeeze a 2.0mm / 14Ga on there but that is the limit.

To go through all that wiring you should spend an extra $100 and install a walbro 255 now..

That way it will benefit from the larger gauge of wire, plus racetronix sells the walbro connectors big enough to hold 10 awg wire..

I'm all for upgrading down the road but I would do this in one shot since it isn't very expensive and you'll have everything apart and easy access to it

My 2 cents

My 2 cents

Your probably right...my application isn't exactly ordinary, (1972 Chevelle wagon)...the tanks in these stand vertically in the left rear wheel well, have a very small access hole, (no room for a bulkhead connector), are about 24" from the bottom of the pump to the access hole...probably be best to do it once...
