Default lt header install, with ignition coils on?

Hey guys, im in the middle of mm, pilot bearing, and longtube project. I have managed to take out the stock manifolds with the ignition coils still bolted up. Do you guys think i need to take them out for the new prothane mm and tsp 13/4 header install? Am I wasting time leaving them in? I have a 98 with individual coil packs. Trans is off too btw

yeah might as well.. its only 1 connector and 5 bolts on each side.. you will be cursing a storm if your knuckles get scraped up on the brackets or the bolts.

It won't hurt. Take advantage of any extra space you can get

I didn't take them off. My arms got all scratched up, but it was possible for me.

Do you "have" to? No. Does it make life easier? YES! You'll likely spend less time taking them off and reinstalling them than you will trying to install everything around them.
