Default C5 h/c/i set up auto
hey guys just bought a c5 base looking in to doing heads/cam/intake. hears what i have in mind.

243 heads depending on cash flow ill port them , LSR 227/235 614/621 109 icl 113lsa, nitrous plate kit, inline fuel pump, 42 lb injectors, stock ls6 intake might port in the future, 3200 stall, 1 3/4 headers texas speed xpipe, don't know what mufflers yet. stock z06 rear with 342 gears.

hoping for this thing to run low 7 s 1/8th mile full weight c5.

with that cam size you will be doing yourself a favor by going to a 3600 converter, especially for your ET goals

yes im done with radical! sound nice run nice but mission to drive daily...

3200-3600more or less what I'm looking for. i had a 5k stall th400 390 gear on my t/a never had very good traction with it but ran strong.

its going to see a nice shot for track days. but id like it to be a fun car.

buddy of mine has a vert with 315 gear pretty much same as my set up 3600 stal ran 7.1x

how much gain can i expect out of porting the heads and intake ?

have a friend that has a set of AFR's i might get don't know the numbers tho.

No need to port the LS6 intake, and porting those 243's would probably get you another 30 hp or so

any of u guys use AI Advanced Induction for porting? im thinking of doing my 243's with these people if i don't get the AFR's...

ai just did my heads and did excellent work on them they also spec'd my cam. they have been great to deal with and always answer any questions i had. (car is in process of being reassembled.
