Is the NAPA Gold 5122 A typo? I think you meant 1522, but I'm not sure.
I have NAPA Gold 1045 as the longer filter, but it does not have the anti drain back vale.

Then yes it's a 1522, unless a 51522 is just a gasket.
Here are some links

Napa 5122
Napa 1522

With Napa GOLD oil filters numbers and WIX part numbers you normally add a 5 to the Napa number for example a Napa 1042 would be a WIX 51042

BTB 2015 Ben, welcome to LS1tech!

This is a forums website that is mostly for GM automotive enthusiasts. You can offer to sell items only in the classifieds section and then only after passing six months as a registered forums member or after having fifty posts.

Thanks for the list Drain.

From your list, I'd stay away from the Purolator, AC & ACDelco/GM filters. I'm reserving opinion on the Fram UG until I cut one open. All the rest are acceptable quality or better-like the Royal Purple, Amsoil and the upgraded Fleetguard.

I didn't know aFe made oil filters? Gotta look into that...
