Actually all you'll need is a y pipe. You can reuse your stock gaskets and bolts.

How about O2 sensor extensions. And what y pipe fits?

On that one the Y-pipe that goes with it. Or a competent shop can fab one up. Stock bolts can be used on headers. And either 02 extensions or finding 02s that have a longer harness. I think the corvette rears are the ones I used. Which SLP header are they? The 1st or 2nd design?

You don't need o2 extensions either, read the sticky at the top of this section on how to use your rear o2 plugs as fronts. I don't have any answers about what y-pipe fits.

Yea he could do that. But he also said he is going to run cats. Now a competent exhaust shop can fab up a Y-pipe or call SLP to get a replacement. I used to run their 1st design Long tubes years ago. They did a revision a few years ago. The 1st design is a pain to install and are very low. Something to consider if your car is lowered. Some people splice their 02s, get extensions, repin the PCM or get 02s with a longer harness. Your call on what you want to do. Get ready for that set-up to be very loud!!! Also what year of car are you installing it into? 98-00 have some emissions equipment that will be no longer used as those headers don't or probably don't have provisions for it. And if you have a LS1 intake you will need to plug off the EGR tube. The factory MLS gasket is cheap and work great for gaskets. SLP longtubes and the loudmouth was my 1st exhaust (no cats). But that was along time ago and now running ARH/GMMG.

I have a 2002 Z28. I believe I have the 2nd design. How do I block off the EGR? also the SLP CATS are gutted but I will still install them for emissions inspection purposes, so that being said I can just swap the rear o2s to the front and they will reach, and for the rears I currentlly have the O2 simulators. I am currently stationed in Germany and need to know exactly what to order before I start the install and realize I'm missing something? There are no America auto parts stores around.

Then you can repin the PCM like Fry had suggested. And the 2nd design has a lot better ground clearance. Had thought you was Stateside. Your Y-pipe situation maybe a bit tougher. But still contact SLP for a replacment of build one. You should have the LS6 intake(no EGR or AIR fittings). If the headers has the tubes. Cut them off and weld up the holes.
