Default Scraping with Long Tubes

Question of those who have LT's and lowering springs. My car currently is sitting on Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs. Curious to know if there is clearance issues between the headers and the ground with lowering springs. I understand scraping when pulling into and out of driveways and crossing gutters to get into parking lots...more worried about every day driving on the road.

I'm lowered with headers and custom catted 3" true duals. My scraping on speed bumps was so bad I had to use coil springs to raise my front end a bit. Mostly the cats scrape though, rarely the headers. If I had a regular Y pipe setup it wouldn't have been so bad. Just be careful and you should be fine.

Another on BMR springs with Speed Engineering headers. Read isolators removed and Phab x-pipe. Made sure I got the x-pipe tucked well and I very rarely scrape it. Never scrape going down the actual road, just on bigger bumps and inclines. Haven't had anything touch the headers themselves

Cool! Looks like I don't need to go up after all. Will probably still raise it up before doing the LT's and y-pipe. Getting real tired of the sagging *** on my car.

Thanks guys!

That Eibach pro-kit is probably sagging which is giving your car a lower ride height than you should really have. The pro-kit is known to have problem with sagging as the springs get older and more mileage on them. We end up selling a bunch of our BMR lowering springs to customers who are replacing pro-kits with them so that may be an option for you also. If there is any way we can help you out just let us know.
