Default SLP Exhaust Question

So I'm swapping the engine from my old '01 Formula into a new '99 T/A roller. The roller came with an aftermarket exhaust, which I think is an SLP Loudmouth II. I just pulled the whole exhaust out of the box and laid it out and a couple things occurred to me:

1) This system already has cats welded on, which I didn't think SLPs systems did

2) There is no bung for the passenger's side upstream O2 sensor

3) There are no flanges to bolt this setup to the stock manifolds.

4) I appear to be missing a piece that I've seen in all SLPs photos (one of the short pieces)

So do I need to buy flanges and have an O2 bung welded in or am I missing something here? What kind of cats are these and did they normally come with SLP exhausts? What are those two short pieces for? These may seem like ignorant questions but I haven't really done much exhaust work myself so I'm a little lost. Thanks ahead of time for anybody who can help me out.

That catted Y-pipe is set-up for use with long tube headers which would have the up stream O2 sensor bungs mounted somewhere on the collectors.
The 1 pieces missing in the cat-back SLP exhaust is the bent piece that goes after the resonator.

The bent pipe(probably a 60*) is on the right side of the photo below.

So do I have any options to make this work with my stock manifolds? If not, would I be better off buying headers to match the exhaust or buying an exhaust to match my manifolds?

get headers to match the exhaust... there are alot more options for Exhaust systems if you have slip fit headers as opposed to flanged headers

Long Tube headers are the way to go for power, unless emissions or cost is an issue. Cost will really depend on if you must have American made headers like Kooks or ARH, which are the most popular, an top of the line.
So let us know what you exhaust budget is so we can get you pointed towards LT headers that are within you budget.
