If they dump before the axles, extend the exhaust all the way back and add mufflers.

Edelbrock used to make a 3" stainless muffler called the SDT. measured only 3 5/8" thick and were great for ground clearance, flow very well, and quiet the exhaust down while not affecting hp and tq numbers very much at all. Ran them for years on my old Formula..back to back dyno runs from open duals to those mufflers were negligible. Still turned heads but didn't give you a head ache. Not sure if they are around anymore but worth a look.

I ran TSP duals, and i thought there rumbler mufflers were kinda quiet.. switched to 1 chamber flowmasters.

But duals are always gonna be loud.. you can either run your duals all the way back, or change to actual catback.

Yes I know what he is saying Duals are boring , the duel exhaust is more fun and the pipes are fighting, my friend has them sounds like a shot out at the OK corral ; )_
