Default difference in FAST 92 old vs new?

Is there a performance difference at all in the old FAST 92's that were originally that gray color and the new FAST 92 that is black and has the wilson logo on it?

Just for info: all the fast intakes had the Wilson logo up until the 102.

Are you sure about that. I have a 90 mm and a 92 mm that were both produced before the 102 mm redesign and I think both have FAST on them, not Wilson.

exactly, and unless either theres fake FAST 92's around or my eyes need a serious checkup the one in classifieds proves that it wasnt always there.

In the end i could care less long as the 92 has been the same and there isnt an improved design in the "newer" ones.

I've seen they grey/primered colored 92mm fastintake go 9.5 at 141 naturally aspirated (TXCAMSS) ...... not sure if there's a difference between that one and the black one.

Hey Bill. I'm pretty sure but I may be mistaken. They all of course have the FAST logo up front. On the second runner back is the Wilson logo. It doesn't come painted so it takes a little to notice it. This is because Wilson had a big hand in designing the manifold.

Ok, I was thinking that you were saying it said wilson instead of fast. I guess I never paid attention but it does say wilson on the second ruuner but it's just grey. I checked last night.

Do all the FAST 92mm intakes have the "92mm" stamped on the intake? There's one for sale elsewhere, but it does not say 92mm on the intake, and the owner said, "I was told it's a FAST 92mm".

No prob. Hopefully we get some cool air in a bit. Get to the track. Maybe I'll see you out there.

Yes, I believe, if it's a 92mm, it should say it on the manifold.
