Warr 102 TB review.

So I took a chance while upgrading to a fast 102 to this grab throttle body. I spent so much so inwanted to try and save a little. The warr showed up, packaged nicely, even came with stickers, lol. Both sensors fit like factory, and work perfectly. The spring is slightly stiffer, but the car idles fine, throttle response is perfect. The ONLY issue I had was the throttle cable stop hole was the SLIGHTEST bit small. Literally 10 seconds with a drill and it was perfect. Mine is black, and for someone on a budget, or even wanting to get their car running before going to a nick Williams or fast, this is a nice cheaper alternative.

This is good to hear. I'm going way over my budget on this build so I would like to try to save that extra couple hundred bucks if this one works good and my tuner is OK with it. From your other thread I understand that you are SD tuned. I will be doing the same with a TSP 104 lid. Did your tuner make any mention of using this TB?

+1 for Warr. I used the 92 but the quality is solid and my tuner seemed to think it was OK.

That's good to hear from both of you having good success. Looks like the handful of recent ones didn't require modification (I see Sail had to mess with the throttle cable connection slightly). The threads from 2015 show some additional issues but maybe those all got resolved.

I bought a 92mm recently and had to do the same thing to the throttle cable hole. Otherwise everything fit up perfectly. Will see how well it works in a coupe of weeks when I do the engine break-in/tune on the car.
