I got mine from the first batch of these so no suport bracket but I made my own, also don't have a pan hard bar brace. Flip back a few pages and you find a few pictures I posted of the hanger and how I needed to bend he drivers side axle pipe a bit to gain some clearance under the fuel tank.

Speed here's another suggestion: Ask the manufacturers to put the welds at 12 o'clock position so they're more difficult to see. On the attached picture you can see the welds at about 2 and 4 o'clock. The passenger side exhaust tips have welds at about 3 o'clock.

_JB_ : You're not driving hard enough. The inside should be black by now . We will look into it thanks.

Just pointing out a suggestion to help improve a product let alone something that would take what, a few seconds to rotate a pipe during manufacturing?

I agree, doesn't hurt to ask for a possible improve that would benefit kits for those who haven't bought this system yet.

Curious, has anyone else's tips come in with cuts on the inside? Just came in off the road and found the tips have some deep cuts in them...

When I say I just came in off the road I meant I just got home and opened the boxes. I'm a truck driver lol

Finished my install today.. 1-7/8 long tubes and true duals. Fitment was great and the new hanger works great. But still hangs a little low. But I can live with that. No lower than my slp used to hang. ...and no more annoying rhasp!
like mentioned above, buy some bolts! I used gr8 3/8-16. 2". And torque them to 45 ft lbs.
I have a short idle vid but can seem to upload from my mobile phone. .

I'm a little confused here. Doesn't SLP have a bad reputation for hanging too low? I know we all have different standards, therefore all of this subjective dialogue is moot, but there are a whole lot of folks watching & waiting for some data before committing to these new TDs.

Are you lowered, Tyler? Also, what's your lowest point now and how many inches of ground clearance does the tape measurer show?

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Please keep it coming.

SLP headers hang low, Speed's headers tuck up fine. The worst ground clearance is where the pipes bend down ~1/2" in front of the rear axle.

This ^^ I keep stalking this thread for a glimmer of hope, that someone will actually post up pictures of this new bracket with measurements to compare with one without it. I would of thought speed would of done that to show that this new bracket actually improved ground clearance even on a stock ride height. I just want to know if it works period.

The bracket is only supposed to help prevent the middle of the exhaust from sagging, you're not going to change the lowest part of the exhaust. You may not need the bracket, I don't.

I need the most ground clearance possible, as I live in a state that does not maintain roads the best. I thought it helped to support the after x section that goes up and over the rear axle to prevent sagging which is where the lowest point is located.

My car is stock ride height. Lowest point of exhaust is at xpipe. 2.5" from ground.
and I live on east coast of Canada, with some of the worst roads in North America.
