Thanks

Got the exhaust installed today, cleared MWC watts link easily, entire system fits well with good ground clearance on lowered car with 18” wheels. Lowest point is my newly installed torque arm relocation bracket. Exhaust sits tightly on top of the relocation bracket causing vibration in the car that I’ve never experienced. This exhaust is much louder inside the car,’ terrible drone, I refuse to drive it like this. The throttle response seems to be slower now also, probably gonna have my tuner look at it. I am going to have to explore some different mufflers, and see how to get the vibration out of the car.

it is possible that throttle response is not as snappy but that doesnt mean less torque.

It felt more responsive and quicker at higher speed on the interstate I was surprised.

Scanned threw the thread and didn't find a definitive answer to my questions.

First, which may actually be answered but just want to confirm. Has anyone had success running this kit with a Spohn Tunnel mount Tq arm? I see theres been 2 or 3 what looks to be tunnel mount arms running with the kit.

2nd, anyone run into any issues with 3 point sub frame connectors? I have the UMI pieces.

Id really love to run the exhaust, but i dont think i love it enough to have to swap to 2 point SFCs and a different TQ arm

Read the last couple of pages. They’re going to do a redesign with a better bend in the pipe.

micbegz28: Not sure about Spohn. This image was posted earlier in the thread. It looks to be a UMI torque arm.

Thanks
Sean

The kit is identical to our current kit. The only change made was raising the center section about 1/2" for lowered guys. We expect those revisions to start rolling in around the spring time.

Thanks

Will there be any options for people who already purchased a kit and are experiencing clearance issues? Or is the only choice to buy a new kit?

There is nothing wrong with our current kit. We just wanted to give the lowered guys as much room as we could. In one section we were able to go up 1/2". Other than that the rest of the kit will not be changed. Unfortunately, we dont offer individual sections to our kits.

Thanks
Sean

Would you be able to at least share pictures of what revisions you have done? I'm running on Strano springs and I have trouble with 2" potholes, not to mention speed bumps or driveways with grades.

We raised the section right after the X-Pipe approx 1/2". I dont have any specific pictures of the changes no.

I know it's a long shot but: anyone try this on an LT1 with LPP headers? I suspect LPP uses the same y-pipe for LS cars but I'm not sure.
