Default Racetronix Contact

Does anyone know how to contact Racetronix. I just purchased a set of injectors that did not fit my application. I've emailed the 5 times on this matter with no response. I would prefer to exchange for what with actually work but willing to just send them back for a refund and using some one that actually has customer support.

I constantly hear this same issue about these guys. I ordered my Racetronix pump through Lonnies Performance and never had a problem with them

Did you order them direct from Racetronix? What were you looking for and what did you get?

Keep in mind nearly all the racetronix inj are rated at 3bar/43psi so they will flow more than advertised on the site at 4bar/58psi.

Yes I ordered them directly through them. And I got what I ordered. Got an immediate response on these when inquiring about them. They are a LS3 length 42# with EV1 connector. Exactly what I asked for being that is what in was told buy MSD technical support as i am putting these on the MSD Atomic Airforce intake manifold. Well they are to short and will not seat.

Took 3 emails to get a response back about servicing their LS6 length 42# injectors I had while I waited on the new ones.

As I said the new LS3 style didn't fit and I found a buddy with LS2 length injectors that we mocked up to test fitment. Perfect.

So I am wanting to exchange the LS3 length ones for LS2 length preferably with EV1 connections but I can do adaptors or pigtails but I cannot get s response from them.

Those are tested at 3bar. 4bar would be 48.5.

They do not have an ls2 height inj with an ev1 connector.

Youd be looking at an FI11354 with a uscar to ev1/bosch adapter. They are 53lb at 4bar.

That is all fine but I will probably change pigtails instead of using adaptors. But still need to get in touch with them as to return and/or exchange the ones I got from them last week. I have not ran fuel through them or anything. Just cliped them to the rail and sat it on the intake and could see daylight around the o-rings so obviously not seating. And yes I used the fat LS o-rings as required. I'll just wipe the o-ring lube off and package them back up. Hope they will take them back for exchange. Don't see why they wouldn't.

Yeah I know. That's why I wanted a week on the ones I got. I'm sure I will have to wait a week for them to get them back. Then another week to get the correct ones. A lot of down time and missing an event I was really trying to make. That's why I really would like to get the ball rolling.

They are nearly impossible to get a hold of for any sort of support. I have sent a few emails that never got responded to. Their products are amazing quality but getting any answers about this is next to impossible. Their forum is worthless and takes forever to get approved to post on, and even then, no one reads it or replies from what I saw browsing it.

I ordered through WS6Store and they were somehow able to get me prompt answers about the Racetronix products I have been interested in. I love those guys as they are just north of me and I always have my stuff shipped ASAP and most of the time free. They will get you set up for sure!

Does Racetronix have a phone number, and if so, do they answer it?

Yes I normally use WS6store with products in their website. Didn't think about trying to contact them as I was looking for LS3 length with EV1 connector. Which Ractronix did promptly respond to with answering that question with an injector that was slightly shorter than factory LS3 injectors but they assured is used in LS3 applications. But they are to short. I was mislead by MSD tech being it was for their MSD Atomic Airforce intake manifold. They told me LS3/7 length injectors which are clearly to short.

I left my phone number in an email, and they actually called me on some super secret bat phone, so it is possible. They do have top notch products though, I think they enjoy being wholesale, not retail.

Completely 100% agree. Great products just lacking a bit in the customer service department. Probably starting going through a middle man instead of buying directly through them.

As simple as a click away.

We highly encourage customers to purchase through a dealer who supports their particular vehicle platform.

Once you become an approved member on their forum, you are all set for all technical related questions.

These guys are honest and sell you only what you need.

Racetronix was able to get me the specific parts to put a new style plug on an older style harness rather than try and have me waste my money buying a whole new harness. There's no guess work with these guys. Great technical service and the part numbers that you need. I didn't know ws6store was a vendor for them. Even better!

So did these injectors come with actual flow data?

Injector Flow Rate
Injector Offset
Short Pulse adder
Minimum Injector Pulsewidth
