LSX intake too big....
Go for the highest flowing intake, TB, headers and exhaust as you can get. Even a stock cube engine is DYING for more air. Put some 2" LT headers on it also......pass on the 1-7/8" LT headers.....go right to 2".
Even though a K&N filter is complete garbage and bad for an engine....they show dyno gains because the engine can breath better. But also provide much less engine protection from smaller particles that get sucked into the engine all day long. I know people that remove their air filter to run the 1/4 mile, they absolutely get more power......NOT recommended of course....but making the point that even a stock engine is NOWHERE near getting its proper amount of air.
Also, when you go more cubes in the future, you won't have to spend more cash on those upgrades, you will already have them ready to go.
