O2 Sensor Part Number for LT Headers- not Bosch
I have an '01 SS and one of my front O2 sensors is throwing a code and have probably needed to be replaced for sometime now. I currently have the stock O2 sensors with extenders in my LT headers. I think I would like to get away from the extenders. I saw some people say get 97-02 C5 Corvette downstream sensors, others say those won't plug into the F-body, and others say to get downstream Fbody sensors and put them in the front since they are all the same except with different length wiring harnesses.
Does anyone have the part number or could at least tell me what to application to search for them under? I want to use AC Delco or Denso so those would be the part numbers I'm looking for.
Also, I have the rear O2s still but they are factory and have probably close to 100k miles on them. Would they be ok or would I get better gas mileage, part throttle performance from a new set?

13111 IIRC was the PN for the Bosch's that were popular to use for LT headers since they were the post-cat C5 O2s and supposedly had a higher wattage heater and less likely to trip heater and insufficient switching codes.
I ran them for years without an issue (and yes the stock harness is long enough not to need extensions). When I did a new build 2 winters ago LS1tech moved on to prefer Denso sensors over Bosch so I cross-referenced the P/N and have Densos in now. Don't have it off the top of my head.

Yeah I don't want to go with Boschs and risk problems. In the tune I think they did something to compensate for the heating of the sensor with it being farther back and I can tell you the tune has been on this car for about 8 years and I never got a check engine light for the O2s until now.
Maybe I could call an auto parts store to see if they could cross reference the part # for me. I'm pretty sure it's going to be this one but I'm not 100% and I don't want to order until I know for sure.

I've had problems with Bosch parts in the past, they are very hit and miss on these cars, and for things like sensors I really like to use factory equipment. Denso is who makes the factory sensors for GM and that's why I want Denso sensors.
DENSO 234-4617 show them having a 44" long pigtail, so unless your O2 bungs are located in the trunk or on the roof somewhere, these should eliminate any extensions...lol 
I wondered the same thing. I have never, ever have had an issue with a Bosch sensor, whether it be a narrowband factory replacement, a wideband sensor for an aftermarket EFI, or a sensor for any AEM wideband gauge. First I have ever read/heard of any issues.

I keep running across that 234-4617 part number, most say they work and a couple guys say that the plug won't work on an F-body so that's what I'm trying to figure out.

If you intend to eliminate extensions, I can confirm Denso 234-4025 is NOT what you want. I run extensions with my LT headers and recently switched to the 234-4025’s. Those have a relatively short pigtail.
Unfortunately, I immediately started throwing P0133 and P0153 DTC’s; Slow Circuit Response for B1& B2 respectively. At least my previous intermittent problems with DTC P0135 & P0155 (Heater Circuit Performance B1 & B2) were gone.

if you aren't running rear 02 sensors, swap the pins on the at the PCM for the front/rear 02's. Then you can use the short factory front 02 sensor, it will just plug into the rear 02's on the car.
I used 234-4087 for passenger and 234-4025 for driver side. Didn't have any issues before the tune, and it was a new build. Tune was at 500 miles.
Thank you for the reply. 234-4025’s are not working so well for me with extensions. Do you by any chance know if any of your front O2 related DTC’s have been disabled, whether it be the DTC processing itself or enabling the MIL if the DTC’s set?
Dont think so but i will ask the tuner when i go back to get it tweaked.

Per above, Denso 234-4617, but even those will throw codes so I tuned out the MIL. Yet I can tell from logging that they are working okay.
That being said, in the past four years or so, I've only run O2's for a total of about six months. Both times I installed a fresh set, I ran into torrential rains and street flooding that fried them because my collectors hang so low. So I've been mostly in full-time open loop.
