Other piece showed up! I’m truly blown away everything I ordered fits together lol. That NEVER happens. I will need to figure out hangers though

Good luck with the install, I have the same intermediate pipe and the hanger was way off target

Yea I was going to say that bracket looks not even close to the one on my summit over axle pipe. Hopefully its not too hard a fix.

I had an extra hanger I cut off an old flowmaster f-body system, so I just used that piece and cut the hanger out of the way that came on the pipe.

I have a slp loudmouth thats been in pieces just sitting outside. Actually found my old exhaust hanger still on it so hey, score!. I can steal the hangers off it I think. Still havent got it on, if the stupid I pipe wasnt one piece I wouldve started, but this really requires a lift. I need to get my car back to the tuner to get it right since the FTI triple disc stall acts a bit different than the single disc so it needs some idle adjustments, maybe he can get the exhaust on it too.

I ran the 4" pipe under the axle, with a bit of a crease on top where it passes the sway bar to clear a bigger sway bar that i'm going to need. Exhaust hasn't hit anything on the road yet. I set up the 4" electric cut-out so it switches from straight through open 4" pipe, to a single 2.5" and muffler for when i need it to be quiet

Well the exhaust should be getting installed Wednesday along with a retune since my 3800 triple disc acts differently than the 3800 single. Cant wait to see that bill :-( oh well, only money! And hopefully it makes the car easier to live with.

Well first drive with the hooker max flow. Meh, atleast its quiet on the highway and at idle, significant difference over the speed engineering true duals, Still not a fan of the LS engine sound. But atleast I can drive this thing more, leaving at 6:45-7am should be easy.

Ok, so being in the drivers seat while revving and being behind it while revving are 2 different things. Coworker revved it and I was like holy ****! in the drivers seat I was like...meh.

That's how it should be. Car noises are cool for 15 minutes then they are annoying. Perfect balance. Add dual cutouts if you want loud.

Yea with 3.73's its a joy now at 65-70mph, radio on and you have to turn it up because the AC fan on max is louder then a cammed ls1 with long tubes, ory, and a single straight thru exhaust at 2000rpm. After hearing it outside the car, which most people never do, Im happy with it. However I will need to figure out the exhaust tips and turn down situation. I may to a do single exhaust tip thats functional and add a fake one on the other side, instead of 2 fake dual tips.

Here's my single exhaust, I think it sounds great inside the car and out. Really quiet and peaceful until it's time to go do work, I apologise for the kids screaming in the background lol

I thought I would care a lot more than I do. Even with the turn down I didnt care that it was "empty".

That 4" tip changed the sound vs the 3" turn down, more than I expected. Right now my only gripe is that I can see clamps on the tip/turn down. I thought the 4 inch would fix that.
