I have a NW 102 cable throttle body and there is a hole in the passenger side at the top that I need to plug. Idk what size it is and I can’t find the info on their website. Anyone know?

Mine was threaded 1/8" NPT. That is your fresh air port after the throttle blade for your PCV system, you may want to consider running it.
I thought the other port on my manifold was for my PCV. I have the ls6 style if that makes a difference? And i have an 1/8 NPT that came with the throttle body i think and it doesnt fit. Ill have to look again. Any pics of your set up?

Mine was pushing a bunch of oil through there at high RPM, I plugged this port and changed to a breather oil cap to fix the problem. The car needs to be tuned for this though.

There are several different ways to run the PCV, use what works for you.
Looking again at the picture you posted, it appears that the hole is not threaded, possibly a manufacturing mistake, or can I just not see the threads?

o there are holes in it. And what barb size did you use 3/8?
Was reading a thread here before I bought my NW throttle body where a member had contacted Nick Williams for a replacement nipple. I bookmarked the link NW sent for replacements in case I may need one (actually 10).
Any 1/8 NPT fitting or plug...whichever way you decide to go...will work there. You can find something this simple at most any hardware store or if you have a couple days to wait on it, order it through Summit.

Yes... you have to take in consideration the fitting may interfere with the TB housing threading it in. Nick Williams did machine and tap the threaded hole at an angle for clearance.
