LQ9 intake swap info
2 is throttle position sensor.
3 is the hookup to the PCV valve.
4 is the hookup to the vacuum line that goes to the fuel pressure regulator.
5 is the FPR.
6 I'm guessing is the vacuum hookup to the brake booster; at least that seems to be what's circled.
Not to be a jerk or anything, butt if you're asking that kind of questions about the absolute most basic stuff under your hood, you might be better off just leaving your intake manifold alone.
1. Do I get an inline after market FPR to put in the fuel line
2. on item number 2 is above what I thought was the TPS. It looks like an additional sensor or is that both of them part of the TPS?
You're simply not ready for a project like this. You'll end up with a truck that doesn't run at all anymore (looks like, what, late 60s or so?), a giant pile of expensive crap you can't use or sell, and half the stuff you need to keep all hacked up and butchered. Do some basic learning on your own first.
The sensor above it is the Idle air sensor.
Don't know what intake you are going to use but you will need an FFR in the fuel line. I mount them close to the fuel tank so the return line is short. All -6 SS fuel line from back to front. I like and use the C5 FFR from either Wix or Ac Delco. Don't buy anything else like from Ebay.
Pic of my 6.0 swap into a 99 Wrangler. LS6 intake, DBC throttle body, fuel rails and injectors.
I'll post a pic when I'm done or ask another question if I need to. Thanks again for your help LS1 TJ and RB04Av. Much appreciated.

Could not of done it without the help from this web site.
Since you are new at this I would suggest using a engine/trans/ECM harness from one of the vendors on this site. They can supply a base tune for your engine trans specs. I like and use Spear Tech and Howell.
Don't patch together stuff it just will come to bite you in the butt.
First swap.
