Angry 92mm Throttle Body cable adjustment Help!

Hello,
Ive just swapped a 92mm chinese "knock-off" throttle body onto my LS1, and can only get to roughly 92% WOT with the pedal fully depressed.
Ive adjusted the slack out of the cable running from the cruise control module to the throttle body by tightening it until it just barely begins to pull the throttle blade open, and locking down the clip.

Is there any other adjustment/slack that I might be missing? Is there any way to get the last little bit of travel out of this cable setup that I might be missing??

Thanks!

(2004 GTO, LS1, W/ TCS)

Might need to add a throttle body spacer to take up the slack.

He doesn't need some piece of **** spacer.

The TCS will add to slack in the system. The Cruise stuff has absolutely nothing to do with anything when you are in it trying to get power.

Get rid of the TCS and run a single cable from the Pedal to the Throttle Body, then go from there.

I have a spacer installed. (If by spacer, you mean adapter plate between the throttle body and intake)

The throttle body cam is probably incorrect. A lot of cheap aftermarket throttle bodies come with different cam profiles so they can be swapped out. If the cable connection is further from the centerline than the stock throttle body, it will open less for the same amount of cable travel.

Ahh, okay. That makes perfect sense. Ill see if I can locate another throttle body cam, and re-try.

On my Firebird, I have a Professional Products 85MM TB. When I bought it, it came with 2 interchangeable cams that could be swapped out by removing a nut on the throttle shaft. Check and see if your cam is bolted on or if it's pressed on. If it's pressed on, you'll have to swap throttle bodies.

You may also be able to merely bend the gas pedal to increase its travel.

That's way too simple of a solution that I've done many times..hence why I said above about getting rid of the TCS and run a single cable from the Pedal to the Throttle Body, then go from there.

Gas Pedal is a steel rod, which can be bent very easily and that's how I fine tune my cars for WOT settings.
