borla/corsa

I just came along my $$$, i have mac mids, carsound high flow cats,
What do you think would be better and louder sounding system borla or corsa with my headers and cats.

I have mac mid's with a ORY and a corsa.it is FOOKIN' LOUD almost too loud everybody else loves it too me its just a little raspy from 2000-2500 other than that it sounds like a pro-mod.its louder than my friends 99 witha cut out.

Im running Bassani mids and a Corsa, love the sound and appearance bling to boot.

You said it. Try 'borlamouth.' That is SLP loudmouth with a borla XR-1 muffler instead of the resonator. Nice and deep, not too much $$$. It is what I'm getting. Plus, from what I am told, not near as much rasp as corsa or the full borla system.

I would also say try the "Borlamouth" system, unless you're absolutely set on going with either just Corsa or Borla. Besides, it's always nice to have something a little more unique.

Having had both systems on my car, I can tell you that the Borla is definitly the louder of the two. Fitment on both was superb, the Corsa tips cant be beat for looks. The borla made a snicket more power (4 hp) when wide open. I sold the Corsa to a friend because a) he wanted it badly for his car and b) paid me enough to buy the Borla kit (i work at a shop so i get some pretty good discounts). The Corsa is prettier and more refined, the Borla is louder, more robust. Cant go wrong either way if you ask me.
