Nice...

So I take it that you didn't get the coolant lines to go with the LS6? How difficult was dremeling?

No, you just dremel off the mesh underside, youll see it, it looks like a checkerboard. Just dremel it all off. Its not hard at all, and saves you money from buying new coolant lines. Just get a dewalt angle grinder, and go at it

you should take your ground off your battery, to let it reset, then turn on your lights, to drain the juice out of the comp. Then plug her back in let her start and idle. It needs to relearn the new airflow.

i gained nothing w/ the ls6 intake so i took it off and sold it. I retuned the car and my car always runs w/in a few hundredths run to run. I could better spend 300 elsewhere.. ditto on 1.8x rockers too IMO

I was going to follow JMX's write up on installing the LS6, but you have to buy to new coolant pipes, or one coolant pipe and 2 plugs, if you go by his method. Are you saying that if i just dremel all of the underside off, I dont have to buy ANY new parts?

Does the battery need to go completly dead, or do you just run the lights for a minute?

To reset PCM:
Turn the car ignition on but don't start the car...take out 10a and 15a (PCM BAT, and IGN) and then wait 5 min, turn the car off, replace the fuses and turn the car back on.
The car will take about a minute to re-learn the idle.
