Is this normal!?.... Today i installed BBK's 80mm TB...but at idle theres a hissing noice?? 
is that normal or is there something wrong?..any help appriciated ....

I suppose not, but I sold mine because the tuner couldn't tune the car worth a **** with it on, so I went back to a stock one and the money i had left over damn near paid for my tune.

what did you need to grind from your lid/intake?I believe the noise is because theres no hole on the blade like the stock one

I have the MTI and it is totally normal. Just like the others said, you'll get used to it!!! These cars do not suppose to be quiet anyways. That is how I look at it and I kind of like it!!!
