dude its not easy to get a torque wrench inthere thats why i dont use one on the headers

use your judgement....tight but not very tight sould be fine...dont wana bend the flanges

i have takend my headers off and put them on meny times and have no sealin problems

what aftermarket bolts are you using?

stocks are the best if you ask me

yeah hand tight is fine, and the 11ft/lbs first torque is totally unnessesary. Some people just want torque specs on everything though.

i'm w/jerflash. use your best judgement, don't go too far cuz breakin a bolt off in the block sucks hard ***. good and tight and they won't go anywhere.

Thanks for all the replies.

Actually, the driver's side wasn't that hard with a Craftsman 10-75 torque wrench; passenger side was a little more difficult.
......just took different socket configurations to get to them all.
