Why don't you try a Bo White TB? I love mine, and the price can't be beat.

You send him yours. The price includes the porting of the TB; polishing, half-shafting, and knife-edging the blade, and doing the WOT bump stop mod, and return shipping. A damn good deal if you ask me.

ZULater - You'll love it. The pics on the site are nothing compared to the real thing.

Once I get my LS6, LT's, and ORY installed, I'm gonna do a crank pulley and get a ported TB then take it to get dyno tuned.

Hearing/reading a lot about the Bo White gave me a good amount of insight about it, but after Jet_Black's post about ALL THAT STUFF for ONLY $65... I'm sold!!!!

Thanx fellas, I do not knife edge the blade- I thin it to flatten it out and then I polish it. I have seen anywere from 6 to 12 hp gain at the wheels on my TBs and that is from stone stock to h/c cars. I have done enough back to back testing on the local dynojet that the gains are not a worry of mine- customer satifaction is. I have one more I want tested(a stock A4 car) and that will happen in the next week or so

I am an equal opportunity TB and cylinder head porter lol- I do not charge extra for shipping for the Hawaii and Alaska peps. My turn around time is a week-week and a half on the TBs and I do not have any interest in doin the core thing at the moment anymore because 75% of the ones I have done in the past either didnt send cores back or did after 4 weeks or more. I do this and work a full time job and do not have time to scrounge up cores on here and e-bay. I have had customers get one from somewere and send that one to me and then when they get it back they sell there original ones. For what I charge I do not think thats no big deal. I would love to have dozens of cores here and knock the back out of this part of the industry but cannot at the moment.

No problem man. When ya look at the blade with its mirror finish the reflection rolls on the edges and looks like the blade is rounded but actually its the reflection bending on the edges......I know I sound like I made it up lol.

question for ya Bo do you fill in the big air holes like I see some porters do? Is it even benifical? I like the idea of it, but worry about having pieces of some JB weld or whatever people use falling off and getting sucked into the engine. For the quality work you do its a great price, you've got me sold for some business

I do not fill them because of the two reasons you mentioned. The filled TBs probably do a little better on a flow bench if ya tested em(jrp?lol) but do not do any better on a chassis dyno or track than nonfilled ones like mine or Cammin Beassts(another TB porter). The mirror blade is just something I do to finish off my work and is like a trade mark of mine as seen here on Jimms TB I did:
