What do you mean, ripped?

If you tore the insulation, electrical tape or heat shrink
tubing will cover it up. If you broke the conductor(s)
then solder in a little extra piece and then heat shrink.

"Burst panel wire", maybe is the MAP sensor? And the hole
is where it used to be?

Well the fuel injector clip, the one that you push up to take it off the injector, well that thing was ripped off the injector itslf. now on the manifold floor if you want to call it the block ceiling there are two hole and wires coming from both of them well the further back is ripped too

Those sound like the knock sensor wires!! Are the connectors pulled off of the wires?? Do as JimmyBlue says above....if unable to fix then replace that part of the harness(last resort).

I'm just going to put back everything that I can and take it to the dealer. I am discouraged now, because I broke two things and I am clueless about what to do. I was going to do my headers next week but I'll let a pro do it now. Oh well. Like they say cheap things come out expensive in the end.

No, just fix it yourself! Wires are nothing to be afraid of, and a dealer is going to screw you over sooooooooooo bad. Fixing something is 70% confidence, 30% skill. That's what I always heard, and I think it's true. It dosen't sound like you realy messed anything up too bad anyway. Besides, the Titanic was built by professionals while the Ark was built by amateurs.
