Default header gaskets???

ive burned out yet another set of pacestter's cheapo gaskets.ive been thinking about just doing the copper.is there any other quality gaskets i should consider?and yes i know the stock ones are pretty good, but i9 want better gaskets.thanks in advance.

sce makes copper gaskets for ls1 thats what i got they are like 30 dollars for the set .... havent had any problems with them

Some new stock ones from the dealership will work the best.

I bought a new set of stock ones and I did headers at 16K miles...no leaks yet.

I think percy's makes some too, but ill have to agree with the others that the stock MLS header gaskets are great.

Are they the dead soft metal ones? I believe those are very good, although ive never tried them myself.

Yea they are pretty soft, but I'm going go with the factory gasket I trust yall. So if anybody wants to buy my precy ones feel free.

if the gm stock header gaskets are the best where u get them from and whats the part #. i searched and couldnt find em? i always thought cooper gaskets were the best, but i i will listen to u guys b/c yall def. know alot more than me about these cars etc.

I need to pick up some stock gaskets for my headers. I used the paper ones that came with the headers and it was a BIG mistake.

I burned out the pacesetter gaskets twice before i switched back to stock. Stock is the way to go.

can these same ones be bought at o'reillys or autozone?
