Default Does anyone make a very quiet catback?

I don't know if it's because I'm getting old or because I've driven 5.0 Mustangs with Flowmasters for too many years, but I've come to a point where I don't like loud exhausts anymore. I know it sounds gay but I want a catback on my car that's as close to stock sounding as possible. Does anyone make such a thing?

Leave the stocker on there then, way mess with some thing you luck. My magnaflow is quiet except at WOT, and sounds way better than a blowmaster. IMO

SLP dual dual is quiet and flows very well. I have a Magnaflow catback and yes its quiet at normal cruising, but when you lay into it, it gets loud.

A lot of people complain that Hooker is too quiet when cruising and idling (provided you have cats), so you might want to check that out.

For quite I would go with the SLP LM, I have it and its more quiet than the stock catback...j/k id say go with the slp dual/dual, its just as quiet as stock and flows well. Ive heard it on a 00 SS with Long tubes and cats and it was very mild/tame sounding at idle/crusing/and WOT so if thats your setup then id suggets going with the SLP dual/dual

My vote:
1-Hooker
2-SLP dual/dual
With the hooker sounding a little better, and the SLP a little more quiet.

Edit: Oh ya 3-Magnaflow (loudest)

Stock Z28, TA or Formula catback is the quietest.

Aftermarket, the SLP Dual/Dual works great.

Hooker has a nice tone and is quieter than most, but it's a little louder than the Dual/Dual.

Go with the borla non adjustable, my buddy has it with a 232/238 cam and the thing practically sounds stock. The only way you can tell he has a cam is because the exhaust pipes shake from it.

the hooker is quiet. I have no cats and LT's and I still think it's too quiet. It's only a little loud WOT.....but what isn't loud then? Plus you can't beat the price for the hooker. it looks good too IMO.

I love my magnaflow, more agressive than stock but not too loud. I really love the sound.
