Default Borla Adj. vs Corsa

Hey guys,
I have been listening to all the sound clip and i have heard them in person. I have borlamouth right now, i like it, but it too loud for my taste. I like borla and am leaning towards it b/c it can be wide open or ran through the muffler for long hauls. I have only heard corsa on a buddies lt1 that is bad, and it is really loud at wide open. Help me decide, i am liking Borla. Also any special place where you can find either cheap shot me a pm.
thx rob

My Corsa muffled out the sound even with LTs and gutted cats. It still sounded mean but it was a night and day diff between the open cutout and the corsa. Its good for driving around town, cops never bothered me. But when you go wot it roars. I'm selling mine to go to true duals. If you want it pm me. $350 shipped with out the tips. It also has a cutout in the I-pipe. If you want me to leave the electric cutout on it add $100. Its a cool set-up because you can go from nice to nasty with the flip of a switch.

If I were you I wouldn't go either one. I would get the slp 20tl. Or maybe the dual/dual. If you don't want to go that quit get the magnaflow or hooker. You are just spending a lot of money on something that is still going to be loud. BTW I don't think borla sounds good at all. In fact IMO it is one of the worst sounding catbacks out there.

The previous post is a fairly good deal. Only thing is that you cannot buy corsa tips (the best part of the exhaust) You will like the cutout idea. I just think corsa might still be a little to loud for you.

Yeah I do like the way corsa sounds. I do like the tips, that is the best part of those exhaust systems. I still like the adjustability of the borla, i have heard borla on a ls1, a buddies of mine has is on his 383 blown ls1 car with LT and ORY, It sounds pretty good with on of the smaller holed plates. I do like loud exhaust like when you out messin around, but i like it to be quiet when i go other place (like to Trans Am nationals) so still i am leaning toward borla but corsa is a option. Any other input would be great.

I can't recommend corsa enough. My heads/cammed/longtube/no cats SS with corsa has just about as much interior noise during daily driving as i did with my slp dual/dual when my car was stock. It has a great idle and SCREAMS at wide open throttle. And the corsa tips are second to none, especially compared to the square borla tips. Corsa all the way!

I've heard people say once you get LTs and no cats Borla sounds like a chainsaw. Plus if you do the corsa with an electric cutout you don't even have to get out of your car to make it the most free flowing exhaust possible. Its actually like changing the plates on the borla from inside your car with the flip of a switch. If your set on Borla though, why are you even asking us? Just go buy it.

I have been lookin at corsa and with the pro tips it is actually cheaper than borla. I mean i dont mind loud but i hate drone, and i want the exhaust to be quiet on the highway. Also i hate how my borlamouth right now kackles like none other when you slowly crimb the rpms. If Corsa doesnt do any of those except kackle which i have heard is from the dual split tips make it do than i am prolly gunna get Corsa.

ps also any one of you guys have a fly by video i can see?
