Ported TB tune?

i HAVE to.
My idle is ALL OVER THE PLACE and yes.. everything is good with it and no issues installing it.
It will go from 700 to 1400 when in neutral at a light.
and then back down. car just revs and stumbles and threw a code after install.
I have been driving around for about 3-4 months like this lol.
But I NEED a tune
it was an S2 Shaner on my 2001 Camaro SS

if you have the software, its always a good idea to tweak it. it can net a little more power and you can always tweak the mpg(sometimes more important when its 2.25/gal). if you get it professionally tuned @ a shop, i'd wait for something much more significant before taking it for a tune/retune, even if its free(unless they don't charge for dyno time).
edit - wyckedcamaro.....that sounds more like a physical problem then a tune issue. i've ported over a dozen tb's and i've never had one do that. mine have never needed to be tuned for either to keep an idle.....when it goes all over the place like that you blew your iac sensor or you have a seal issue with the blade.
